I've seen a few blogs recently that have the readers sharing one little word that will define their 2010.
I've seen STORY, SOAR, and others.
So, I've been thinking....
what can MY one little word be??
My emotions have been one great big roller coaster ride the last few days.
With The Hunky Hubs' impending deployment I'm a wreck inside...
holding it all together on the outside.
My life will be a mess in 2010 and into a bit of 2011.
You hear me?
A mess.
But, I've done it before and I'll do it again.
With faith.
Lots of faith.
Going back to the one little word that will define my 2010...
I'm thinking KNOW is going to be it.
I was going to pick two words and go with HAVE FAITH...
but, that would be too obvious.
I want you to ask, "why did you pick KNOW?"
I'm glad you asked.
Psalms 46:10 says (as a lump forms in my throat and tears begin to form) "Be still and KNOW that I am God."
Should my word be KNOW??
I don't know...
Or, maybe my one little word should be STRENGTH.
The Hunky Hubs tells me that I'm gonna have to be strong.
Be strong for me and be strong for my kids.
Which should it be?
KNOW or STRENGTH?

I really like this! I'm going to have to come up with a word for my 2010! I'm praying for you and for THH.
I think you should choose KNOW! With all that you truly know, you will survive. And not just survive, but thrive. Happy thoughts coming your way. I pray for our military, and also for their families that are 'back home' keeping the home fires burning.
STRENGTH, in the knowledge that God has it all under control!
