our funny story from the day?
at 8:30 pm a police officer drove down the beach and told everyone they needed to be at least fifteen feet away from the water.
bummer!
anyway, jett had bbq sauce all over his hands because we had just finished eating bbq chicken.
as soon as the police officer drove past us hubs told jett to run to the water and rinse his hands really quick.
that man whipped his truck around and said over the intercom “the parents who just let their kid run back to the water after I told you to stay away will be asked to leave if it happens again!”
who’s kid was that???
oh yeah, ours.
