friends with a farm.

what's nice about making new friends?
making new friends who have a farm.
and who love to show your children everything on that farm.

we invaded the chicken coop.





this chicken had feathers on her feet.
we joked she had her bloomers on.

we fed and then groomed the horses.










and then we rode into the sunset.
{ok, we rode at sunset}


and, if all of that goodness wasn't enough...we ended the evening around a bonfire with our new friends.
