this weekend.

weekends together are few and far between with hubs' new job.
so, when we get one we try to spend it together.
hubs would prefer staying at home relaxing or doing yard work...
but, this weekend was filled with activity. the way i like it.
and hubs had fun, too.

saturday we spent the day celebrating our nephew's fourth birthday.

there was a beautiful sunset saturday evening.
God is an amazing artist, huh?

He is the ultimate artist.

sunday morning we went to church and then went and had lunch together at the grom, in jacksonville beach.

after lunch we took the kiddos to the park.

It's a beautiful day to play at the park.

and then we went on a nature walk at cradle creek preserve also in jacksonville beach.

You know those times when you wish there was a photographer with you so you could actually be in a photo with your family. Yep, today was one of those days.

there was something about this tree that i thought was beautiful...
